With many years of experience as a Loan Officer specializing in residential real estate lending, I have successfully helped clients secure almost every type of loan product available — including Conventional, FHA, Bank Statement, DSCR, Hard Money, and Home Equity Loans. In addition to my lending expertise, I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Before transitioning into real estate and lending, I dedicated 26 years to the Social Services Agency of Santa Clara County, serving the community in various roles — with my final 15 years as an Application Decision Support Manager.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from San Jose State University, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Community Health Work from Mission College.
