As a Loan Originator, my responsibility is to help my clients research loans and navigate through their application, approval and closing process. My duties include recommending Conventional, QM, Non-QM, FHA, VA, Hard Money, or Foreign National loan options specifically what benefits my clients the most and explaining their terms and conditions, determining risks based on their credit and processing the whole application until the end.
