I have been involved in the real estate industry since 2004. I started out as a fee appraiser working for CU Appraisal company located originally in South Pasadena which later moved to Alhambra. Typically I would complete appraisals on single family homes, 2-4 unit multi family, condominiums and planned unit developments. In 2006 I decided to get my real estate license. Originally I focused on helping first time buyers, family members and friends with the purchase of their first home. From their I started getting referrals and staring helping investors with 2-4 multi family properties as well.
In 2017 I was introduced to the loan business by a family member. I completed my education and passed the NMLS test in 2018. In 2019 I joined Equity Smart Home Loans as loan officer. Ever since then I have been helping people save money on their mortgages, getting cash out to do updates to their homes or purchase investment property. I enjoy helping people achieve their financial dreams and goals. When I help an individual or a family with their loan or purchase, I help them by getting what really benefits them and as a result get referrals because I look out for their needs, not my needs.
