  My loan officer was Steve. I am a big fan of people who are courteous and earnest which is why working with him was so great. He was always on top of everything and made sure to educate and inform me of any processes and updates from start to finish. After the escrow closed, he didn't leave me hanging and always followed up with me on any pending items, updates, etc. He made sure I got the credits I deserve and worked to make sure my escrow closed in a timely manner (mine closed in about 2 & half weeks).

As a first time homeowner, I felt that I got really lucky to be introduced to Steve as my lender from my Redfin agent. I always picture a shady & greedy salesman when I think of a lender, but Steve honestly shattered my expectations.

Highly recommend. I bet there's very slim chance you can find anyone better out there.

  Hector did a wonderful job with our refinance.  We were given the run around by some other company for over 6 months and luckily we were referred to Hector. He completed ours in a month. Hector is honest, professional, and gets the job done. I highly recommend him to everyone.

  We were recommended to Equity Smart Home by our agent and a good friend that does real estate.  We worked with Steve Kim.  Right off the bat he was very accommodating,  very informative.  He answered numerous questions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole loan and escrow process. We closed our home in November 2021 and we closed escrow within 21 days as promised..  I don't think going through a regular bank would've worked this fast and efficient.  Steve got us the best rate and threw in some discounts due to our first offer not going through because of contingencies.  Steve up to now is still so helpful,  if I have any questions about property taxes or anything else.  He's definitely easy to get a hold off, also if he's busy he'll return the call as soon as possible.  Thank you and we appreciate you Steve!
