Greetings, my name is James L Speer, a third generation Native born Arizonian. After a successful career in Food and Nutrition Management. In 2021 I went back to school at Glendale Community College to study Real Estate. In 2023 I took my required course work in Mortgage Loan Origination and successfully passed my National SAFE examination.

My wife and I recently settled down on our hobby farm in NE Louisiana to a fisherman's dream home with a 1/3 acre fishing pond attached to our 2 acre homestead.

I am a disabled US Veteran who served in the post Vietnam days, entering the US Army in 1979. Due to my disabilities I have a certified AKC Service dog who my wife and I rescued and had the honor of joining a Battle Within/ Dogs for Valor which works with Veterans and First responders to train OUR Service Dogs. Jade and I have been together since April 2024.
