Monica B. Ochoa has a passion for making a positive difference in clients’ lives through mortgage and real estate. With a B.A. Computer Science from Keiser University and over 14 years of experience as a business owner in wireless distribution and exporting, Monica is a resourceful and independent problem solver who brings a unique perspective to the mortgage industry. After working in negotiations and collections at a law firm, Monica realized the many financial struggles that many people face, motivating her to pursue her long-held interest in real estate, and financial advice.
Dependable, open-minded, and curious, Monica is committed to educating her clients about the mortgage process and helping them find the right solution for their needs. Clients value her honest advice and practical guidance as they navigate the mortgage process and invest in a home. She aims to make clients for life, not just for one transaction.
Monica has also been a licensed Esthetician since 1995, as well as a nail tech and makeup artist with her own skincare line, Monique Aesthetics. She and her daughter have also been foster parents for the humane society for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, meditation, and skincare.
