In the beginning I definitely wanted a reverse mortgage. My husband had passed. I was left with bills, without savings
and a low SS monthly income. I started with AAG but after 2 1/2 very stressful draining long years I was a wreck. The
changing of Loan Officers to slow to no responses from current officer is very difficult when doing something as a
reverse mortgage. I met Rita Rodriguez with The Reverse Mortgage Company. She was an Angel so patience and
helpful. From start to closing it was only a couple of months. I have now paid off the default property tax and other
bills that ate into my monthly income. Also have an agreement with The Reverse Mortgage Co to automatically pay
my property tax and house insurance annual bills. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and The Reverse Mortgage
Company. This review sounds like a commercial LOL. But it’s true! Thank you Rita.
