Hi! Welcome to Equity Smart. In 2021 I learned to originate mortgages right here in South Pasadena, but I have been working in real estate industry for the past 15 years. I started remodeling homes during the crash of 2006. We listed 300 homes for sale in just three years. I then managed a portfolio of single family rental homes while working as a real estate agent in the San Gabriel Valley. I look forward to helping you find your next home.
